At WANDERDREAM LIMITED, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with this policy.
This policy applies to customers located in North America and the European Union/European Economic Area (EU/EEA).
2. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Products must be returned in their original condition, including tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for return.
